I've always just run for exercise and considered that to be my wellness. Finding Nurture has been great because I've been able to try lots of new things, and loved them all. I love that I can pick what I feel like on the day and that I'm encouraged to try out things that invariably make me feel better.
Nurture has really helped me after the birth of my son. It's allowed me to take time for me when he naps or has gone to bed in the evening, but also has hugely helped me feel so much better mentally by guiding me through practices and ways of life that make me feel like me again!
I look forward to logging into Nurture every day to see what new stuff there is. The classes are always wonderful, and there is always something different to try, or something I feel like doing. It's great to have that available to me around my working day.
